C for Communication

Communication is an important duty in Auto-enrolment. It is the employer's duty to provide the right information, to the right individual, at the right time. 

Different types of communication include

1) Pension Provider Communication

2) The Pension Regulator Communication and

3) Worker Communication

Irrespective of the category to which they belong, every employer has an obligation to provide certain, specified information to groups of workers within prescribed time limits.

Nexus provides "ready to issue" letters out-of-the-box and in addition provides reminders if communication outlined in the legislation is not adhered to. "Click, download, print and post" - You can also email these letters if you choose. Other custom letters can be easily added on top of in-built letters.
